Corporate Events

Corporate events are important for your company or organisation to ensure the right image is projected. Your people will be involved with your clients and guests and you need someone who acts on your behalf to manage the event and make sure it goes to time and to plan.

My experience in such events will ensure that you and your guests will be able to enjoy it in the knowledge that you will be giving your guests the right impression.

I will liaise with you in the planning stage and right up to the event itself.

I will make sure that I understand the respective roles of all the members of your team who are to play a part in the event.

I will ensure that I know who will be making a speech or a response throughout the event and will also ensure that I understand how they will wish to be addressed and their role in the organisation. This will enable me to give them a proper introduction and set the scene for their speech or toast.

As always, I will be at the venue well ahead of time and will liaise with the other professionals and your team to ensure everything is in order for a successful event.

I will do a rehearsal and will go through the time table with your people and the venue staff to ensure that we all understand the event plan.

Dressed in the Toastmasters Ceremonial red jacket I will be very clearly visible to your guests who I will greet upon arrival and direct them to the reception area.

I will be available to assist you and your guests in whatever way possible throughout the reception and will ensure they are called to dinner at the appropriate time.

During the event I will, if required say or announce Grace, make any announcements you request, introduce speakers or those making toasts and will at all times keep a discrete eye on proceedings to ensure they are going to plan.

So whatever your event I will work with you to ensure the event is successful.
