Ensure have been trained by a reputable toastmaster association. I have been trained by the prestigious UK School of Professional Toastmasters and he is flexible and carry out any duty you ask of him.

As your wedding toastmaster wear I would wear a traditional red long tailed coat , a starched fronted white dress shirt, white bow tie and a starched white waistcoat, white gloves, black dress suit trousers and black patent leather shoes all of which is worn by your professional toastmasters.

I will look after both your guests and any children on the day and guide them through the day, ensuring they know what happening and what is happing next.  It is advisable in some cases to provide activity packs/books and pens to keep the younger children occupied.

My duties would normally be completed at end of the wedding breakfast formalities  which include the speeches, allthough if you require me to meet & great guests I will this would depend on how long it was from the end of the wedding breakfast to evening guests arriving.

There are 3 toasts. The first to the Bride and Bridegroom, proposed by the Bride's father. The second toast should be to the Bride maids and Best Man, which is proposed by the Bridegroom.


Will you announce us and escort us into the Wedding Breakfast? by Eric Jones

Yes I would give the bride and bride groom a few minutes outside the dinning room together and I would speak to the guests and prepare them to give the bride and bride groom a hug repetitious applause and cheering as they enter the room being announced as the new Mr and Mrs ...to their guests and being escorted into the room to the top table.

Yes I can say grace and you would need to choose whether you want a formal or less formal grace. Ensure you see the grace before the wedding breakfast to check you are happy with it.

Charges vary according to the date, time, size etc. of the event but a guide to the price of your event will be quoted upon your initial enquiry and include preparation and consultation for your wedding.
