Private Parties

Private parties and celebration such as anniversaries, birthday parties vary greatly in size but all can be enhanced by my services as a professional toastmaster. You will have put After you have put a lot of time, effort and perhaps great expense into organising the event and the last thing you need is to have the worry of managing it on the day.

As a professional event manager I will take that stress from you before and during the event. I will, if required, offer advice and guidance before the event and will ensure that your plan is put into action making your party a successful one and one your guests leave happy.

On the day of your event I will be there early to go though the plan with you once again, noting any changes you may have made. I will do a walk though to ensure that I know where everything is and will ensure that I introduce myself to anyone time other than guest.

I will lease with other suppliers and event professionals to ensure they are aware of there role, schedule, timings and itinery who will be playing a role. If anyone is to make a speech I will discuss it with them and also ensure that I know exactly how they wish to be introduced and when.

Throughout I will make any announcements you require and will be on hand to deal with anything which may crop up. I have a reasonable sense of humour and am adaptable and able to think on my feet and will run your event formally or informally the choice will be yours, but either way I will run it professionally or your guests will leave impressed.

As a Professional Toastmaster I will be invaluable in numerous occasions. I will add colour, panache professionalism and above all ensure a stress free occasion so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the event knowing you are in the safe hands of a true professional toastmaster.
