Eric’s is a very friendly; fun approachable professional wedding toastmaster and My aim is to ensure you the Bride and Bridegroom, and parents and Best Manare relieved of any stress or worries on the day and about ‘who does what’ and ‘what happens next’.
So they can relax and enjoy themselves, knowing that everything is in the safe hands of a true professional Wedding toastmaster.
Eric your wedding toastmaster will meet with you prior to the wedding day to gather sufficient information to enable me to manage your day to perfection!
I will also offer advice and suggestions to enhance your wedding day as your Profrssional Wedding toastmaster.
Eric’s Toastmaster Duties on the day include:
- Welcoming the Bride & Bridegroom to the venue
- Greet & Direct Guests on arrival to reception area
- Co-ordinate & Help with the photograph
- Directs or Announces Guests to the Receiving Line
- Announces Grand entrance of Bride & Bridegroom’s
- Says or Announces grace.
- Announces the Cutting of the wedding cake
- Deals with unforeseen incidents discreetly
- Announces Speeches in order & assist with gifts and flowers
- Informs guest of what is happening next.
- Announces the departure of the Bride & Bridegroom’s
With Eric's toastmaster and event experience of managing 100s of weddings as a toastmaster he knows what makes a Great Wedding and is renowned for giving the bride and bride groom a real warm welcome.
I will coordinate with the banqueting staff /management and other wedding professionals such as the photographer, musicians, videographer to ensure all are aware of their roles, schedule & timings.
